Love the vibe when we first reach here, a residential with walking distance amenities; village grocer, loads of ambient cafe with botanical landscapes, and 24 hours bookxcess! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The directory is confusing. Should label properly the suites number on left and right wing. We were going back and forth, looking for the right suites. The direction to the swimming pools also unavailable. The suites could be better, with the price. The toilet got no barrier, resulting the water to come out of toilet into the living room. Water leaking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole place smells like stinky socks. Room aircond not even cold, living room aircond broken, stair lights flickering, stains on bedsheet. Just dont waste your money and time. Subhome & VIP Pass should be banned from your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check-in process was a bit daunting as the guy who promised to deliver the keys to us did not turn up and send us to the Mail Box to retrieve the key. It is fine if the mailbox is near to the bulding but it is not. So we had to go round the area to get to the mailbox.
Once inside, the place is nicely designed and things are placed properly. However, the bathroom is a bit disgusting. There is no hanger to hang towels and like. As exhaust fan is missing in this enclosed area, the floor is always wet and disgusting.
We were there at 3.30 pm and had to leave before 12 noon. There is not of things to do here and the view from the room is a piece of unmanaged land.
We had to clean the place up as we leave.
I feel the rate for this place is just too expensive for a lousy stay. A room in any other hotel would have been better.
