★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so nice new condominium it's not yet full of residence and it's a small one and I believe it will be a good location foremost limkokwing students and multimedia College students. But it has a really small swimming pool and the location of the condo is not that big but it's a quiet place to stay and I love the design of the villa over there one of the good things it's very close to the Domain which you can find all the shops restaurant buffet can all the faces this you may need as well as close to your stations transportation locations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start saying that most positive review here are form house Agents please ignore them. For me it feels like a mistake moving to Cristal Serin made my decision on reviews only but it seems they fake or from agents mostly.
- Most public area's are run down. The pool never worked for the time I stay there (1 year). Flooring around pool cuts your feet open.
- Management is incompetent they allow contractors in on Public Holiday without consulting next door neighbor's. Or if have complaint they sent you treatment emails back. And if they answer the reply it is very minimum.
- Overall maintenance is low, high grass, dirt everywhere, unclean public area's. And from paint they never hear I guess as most places falls off. Only the entrance is cleaned but when go further you notice. The waste areas really the top it smells from far into the houses. High grass gives mosquito but no flogging only at the entrance. We have many mosquito and flies. Need hire myself fogging (but pay high maintenance also).
- The sewage is really smelly it goes through the piping into the housing. We tried so many blockers already but they all not working. Now we taped most outlets and put plastic sheet and towels on the shower outlet.
- Water is smelly and you need 100% filters I even have two before tank. And a filter at kitchen (7 stage) then still smelly. So we buy water to drink or use for food only.
- Security let all my "guests" in without call my house. Feels very unsafe. And then many camera's unplugged.
And many more... it is an expensive place also the maintenance fees so we should get something back also.
