★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop. Bought a bracelet 1 week ago & came to ask for service to make it short since it was quite long/big for my mom’s wrist. Very disappointed with the way the staff was handling customers by asking too many unnecessary questions just to make the bracelet a bit short/small. Please do teach some professionalism to the staff who are on duty on how to convey right message with logic sense. Don’t give unnecessary excuses if you’re really LAZY to do the service we required & PLEASE FOLLOW SOP!!!!

I understand Tamil and they were saying something else and translating different to me. Very very rude.
