★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered customized engagement rings and was told we could get them a month later.
1. rings were not ready by collection date, multiple follow ups and was finally ready 2 weeks later than the actual collection date.
2. Wrong ring weightage, they increased one of the ring's weightage by 4 grams
3. Wrong ring sizes for both rings
4. Poor workmanship - sloppy cut and rough edges for the amount of workmanship fee they are charging.
5. Extremely rude staffs - refuses to acknowledge the mistake was on their part and kept pushing the blame to us. - The owner was very understanding though but it was too late to do anything at that point of time.

The bracelet which I wanted to buy was cracked but the salesmen name by Kalai said ‘It’s ok no issue about that and it’s normal’and insist me to buy that bracelet.The cost of the bracelet is more than RM3k and he simply saying’ It’s ok’. Really disappointed with his service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the main problems with these big businesses is that they think they are famous thus they are invincible to criticism.
But they are not.
This is a famous jeweler in Penang little India and with that we entrusted them with making the engagement ring.
Mistake 1:
Didn't execute the order on time. When we went to pickup (close to engagement day), they looked among themselves stalling us asking us to wait. After a long time they admitted they missed the order. Forgot.
We were furious and they admitted and said will get it done in 2 days and will also compensate the delay.
Mistake 2:
2 days later we collect the rings, and find that it doesn't fit! 2 days from event and the rings don't fit. It's too small and tight. Can't even slide in.
Mistake 3:
When we ask them why it doesn't fit, they can't explain, and say can't even adjust it.
It's like take it or leave it.
Imagine going to a jeweler and order with measurements taken and it ends up not fitting and the jeweler says not his problem?
Mistake 4:
Remember the manager saying he'll compensate the delay. They later went back on their word, and after some discussion they said only can reduce RM50, from a bill that's above RN4000.
And they claim to be a well known jeweler, advertising in radios and all.
Really disappointed. Now 2 days before the event we have a set of rings that both don't fit us. Too tight.
