★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a house and unfortunately our vendor was a bit smart and dragged the process. Jessie Tan knew the process but she didn't know how to protect her client's rights and let the other party (vendor) have his way. We needed the house in 3-4 months' time but it got dragged for about 6.5 months and until the end it was us reminding Jessie to email the vendor's lawyer. After sending one or 2 emails to the vendor's lawyer, Jessie would forget about it. Secondly, when we got tired of this slow process, we complained and after that she wouldn't even notify us that she got the key from the vendor's lawyer. She stopped replying to our messages, then we had to request Alice there to ask Jessie to reply to our messages. Where is her professionalism? It's not like we didn't pay them for their work. Neither their fee is cheap. They are actually quite expensive but Jessie's performance is poor! Paying so much for nothing. I won't recommend Jessie at least. She is not smart enough and unprofessional.
