★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and attentive staff. Massage is good also, although I'd prefer stronger massage but overall very relaxing experience. Designated parking helps a lot given it's situated on a busy SS15 area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a facial and my sister did a massage. Not recommended for massage . As the masseuse did not know the points well enough. For facial just normal as it is natural so I felt normal. The ambiance and setting is nice . I guess the just need staff who can do the job with better knowledge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place a few times and each time i left the spa feeling satisfied. The massage was great, and the facial was quite good (though nothing really special). The place has a fairly good ambience too, even though it is pretty small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning of my confinement stay in LYC Bukit Jalil, i purchase 10 session of Massage package as the customer team highly recommended it. However after 1st & 2nd session, i realise its not worth it as the Masseur keep going out from the room for break, shorten the time of the massage. I immediately reduce my session and change a different masseur, however i realise they totally have different routine technique, seems that every masseur are having different training. It actually has no difference compare to regular massage out there really...moreover with this overprice, you can get a better and professional treatment somewhere else.
Please dont waste your money here...
