Very calming and helpful massage experience. Very capable masseuse who was able to help my back pain and travel stress headache. The ladies at the front desk speak English, the masseuse not really much beyond a few words. Still a very excellent massage.

I usually come here for the foot reflexology and it's great. The spa fully complies with SOP so I feel 100% safe and comfortable. Have never had a less than stellar experience at this branch.

When for food massage, the workers strictly followed the SOP and the food massage was good

Went with a guest who had a voucher for aromatherapy massage and I booked an additional traditional massage for myself. There was barely any greeting at the door, just took my name and asked for payment immediately. Once my guest and I were in our room and already changed, the lady came to my room to tell me the voucher is only valid at another outlet. My bad as I didn't notice that detail and usually vouchers are valid across all outlets of a chain. However, I was really ticked off that she accepted the voucher, took my payment, and didn't bother checking till after I was changed, so by this time, I had no choice but to agree to pay the voucher amount as my guest, who was receiving the voucher service, was already ready in another room. When the massage was over I went out to pay, the lady immediately took payment (when I asked her why can't be used at this outlet, she didn't explain, just said cannot). After I made the payment for the other massage, she gives me back my voucher and only then she tells me that she already crossed out my voucher(!) and she wrote a note in pencil to the other outlet that it was an accident. And no, there was no sorry at all for accepting the voucher and only checking the outlet after I already made payment and was changed for my massage. By the way, the cost for that voucher was rm160 for 60 mins, so not at all cheap. But the reason I didn't give at least 3 stars is because of actual massage session. My masseuse had no idea what she was doing. She would do very light massage most of the time, and when she found a knot in my muscles, she would massage for 2 seconds before ending that section and moving on, which is even more stressful. Of the 60 mins, half the time it was so soft that felt like she was just resting her hand on me, and the other half, she was using her elbows and digging into my back and directly into my spine! I was terrified to even move! I saw someone else make the same comment here, so I suspect we got the same person. The passive stretching was ineffective as the lady just didn't put any pressure when helping me stretch. The back cracking didn't have any results because she was moving me in an awkward position that didn't feel safe, and I was already so tense from the spinal assault earlier. There was also surprisingly no music playing for the clients to relax. Just can hear people walking around and even other clients burping during their massage. End of the session, I was more stressed than I have been in a long time, let alone after a massage. Paid RM140 for a very light massage, back pain for days, and felt unsafe with her methods. Paid another RM160 because the staff didn't bother to check the voucher before taking my payment. No professionalism from the front desk in greeting or saying sorry for the inconvenience or for invalidating my voucher before checking the outlet. My guest, however, had a very good masseuse and had a very effective massage session, so I didn't want to spoil her mood by informing her about the mistake. They also follow SOPs well. In the end, the cons outweigh the pros significantly. Even if I received a decent massage, I would still recommend you go elsewhere like Healthland as they also follow SOPs, have great masseurs and with happy hours and promos, are priced at about half the amount Thai Odyssey charges.

Loved the massage that I got today. I have already made another booking this weekend. Good place to pamper yourself.

The front desk, facilities, ambiance etc etc that i have no complaints. The only review im gonna give here today is that i found out my masseuse was dozing off while on the job. Literally i saw her head falling to the back and her eyes was close. While giving me a massage! What more can i say. The whole time that she was massaging my back mind you that was almost 45mins she was dozing off and on. How is she even on the job in the first place?!?! And thai odyssey is not cheap. Is the most expensive massage parlour in kl and this is the kind of service ur giving to the customer?! I can barely feel her pressing anything. She didnt follow any of the massage flow. She just move her hand up down up down and when it comes to the pressure points no strength nothing zero. I couldn’t confirm she was dozing off when i was on my tummy so when she turned me over i saw it with my own eyes I straight away got up and stomp to the front desk and demand to change her. Honestly, i wouldn’t be getting my massages here if it wasn’t for my voucher. I wouldn’t pay a single cent here. There are so many more out there way cheaper. This shows that expensive doesn’t mean good always! If u ever get a massage here just be careful during the massage. If u feel like no strength, no flow and suddenly the massage stops, do something fast!

Like how the ease and speed of whole experience from calling to book, to payment, selection of oil, feet cleansing and to your massage room. The phone call for booking too only 2 rings for the branch to pick up and slot available for my last minute booking. During payment, they quickly recognise and honor the voucher that I have, process payment. Also then explained the oil selection available to choose from. My masseuse was professional and also paid extra attention to my request to focus on my top back and neck. Happy with my overall experience.
