★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A park well preserved and well used by the people. This is my childhood and as much as you may hate monkeys, they're apart of the beautiful nature, together with some storks. This is also a spot for magnificent sunset viewing. It has a 2km road for jogging and cycling encircling a golf course by the swampy side of Muar River estuary (muara). Along the river side, there are plenty of those exercise machines, still functional. At the jungle end, is a playground, tennis and multipurpose courts and public toilets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to workout outdoors. Cardio like jogging or bicycling, also got outdoor bodyweight equipments and varieties of bars.
Great view as well.
There's monkeys around. Not that wild, but not that tame either. If you have snacks, be more vigilant. Otherwise they would mind their own business.
