★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst part of this station is this station doesn't have lift for the passengers to go to the platform at the other side of the railway for train going north. This is the worst case scenario for pregnant passengers, disabled passengers, and passengers with heavy luggages. The second worst part is that this station suffers from bad front desk service at the ticket counter. Apart from that, this station needs renovation and new looks.
This station is equipped with toilets, musolla, small cafe and few seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ renovated to accommodate the new train system and used for those wishing to take the ETS services to KL Sentral, Ipoh, Butterworth and Padang Besar. good and clean facilities - toilet, surau, waiting area and cafe. most passengers are taking the IPOH-KL Sentral ETS train service. minus point is the lack of a lift for the bridge to get to Platform 2 from the main area in Platform 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticket for ETS only available at the counter until 6.30pm even there is train scheduled at 10.00pm. Better to have tocket machine for customers who have urgent schedule.
