I've been going to Tara's for just over 8 years and they've always done a great job; from their telawi place to their current place in lucky gardens. Eye brow threading is just rm5 since (so worth it!). Their friendly, skillee staff keeps me coming back. This place is so underrated!
P.s. their place is up the stairs inside another shop.
