★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have sensitive eyes (eye was red and inflamed 2/7 time I did extension), they, Micky and Chloe paid more attention and were extra careful when they did the gluing. Chloe did not hesitate to remove and redo a corner that had discomfort. They even gave complimentary lash brush and a de-tangling tool, while Lash Lab charges RM5 for lash brush. Outcome was very natural though I'd advise not to bother to buy Fave coupon anymore, the price was for 300 lashes which turns out very scarce. I topped up to 400 lashes. Ended up paying the same rate as a walk-in customer.
Rooms are very quaint in design and size was comfortable. Can't help comparing with Lash Lab, that felt a tad bit like a factory - many beds and artist would rush through to complete.
The best thing here is that I could do my Mani and pedi at the same time! Saved so much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose Cut&paste due to the great reviews. I made the mistake of going for a junior staff though. Before the session, I told her I had lash extensions before and so I know I only want a very natural look that doesn't look like I had lash extensions. Moreover I had small eyes so dramatic look will look fake on me. I said I only want the shortest lashes they have and nothing too curly. The result: she gave me an 80s bride look, dramatic long curls that look ridiculous on my small eyes. No apologies made. She insisted she did that because people complained when she used too short lashes, my lashes are too straight, it was the first time so she was unfamiliar.... I told her, you should have listened when I explained to you what I wanted because I did it several times. She continued telling me about the touch-up that cost rm1/lash. I suggest the management train this staff to listen better so she understands that she should deliver what customers want and not what she wants. After asking me if I speak Chinese at the start of the session and I do, and she still cannot get it right, I wonder how she delivers for English and Malay speaking customers. Very disappointing.
