★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk what to say, okay first of all, the place is comfortable, nice, neat….BUT this is the sec time I brought my cats for check up and very unexpectedly both my cats are dies…I swear to god it’s really make me traumatized to be there and I can’t steps inside the vet ever again…there will be my last to go there…the price pretty high very costly…wrong diagnosis and end up my cats died…idk with others perspective but this is my perspective my opinion about this vet…rest in peace both my cats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cat to treat her pyometra and hernia. The doctor was very helpful as he conveniently provided a consultation via phone upon an appointment set up. I was worried that my cat cannot be treated as my vet in KL said that this surgery would be difficult and the other vet in Terengganu also cannot do it and thus, I was referred to Tawakkal. The process went super smooth, my cat got admitted immediately during the 1st appointment, and the surgery completed the day after without any worrying note. Alhamdulillah, my cat is healthy as a fiddle. Very experience doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic and friendly staff and doctors. So glad that I even can do blood test for my cat here also. Besides it is near Unisza Mosque and dentist clinic as well with McD. Not hard to find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom went there to get treatments for our cats and was unfortunate to have been treated so unprofessionally by a female Kelantanese veterinar. She was rude and harsh towards my mom, and she was shocked that a medical professional could actually use harsh words against a customer who merely wanted a reassurnce about medications used.will not visit again due to the rude treatment by that particular vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly vets & staffs. Place is very comfy, air-conditioned, equipped with a toilet & even offers free self-service coffee/tea. The price point is a bit high but understandable since it’s a private clinic. Payments are either by cash or bank wire transfer. Highly recommend to make an appointment first to avoid long waiting time.
