Online banking payment also available ?but if i may suggest, you can limit only one pet owner inside..bcs last time i went, there are also kids in the premise. Too many people inside, people had to sit on the floor? Either you add more chairs or limit the entrance. Also, book appointment for vaccine? I had to wait more than 1 hour to vaccine my cat. Tak sampai 5min pun cucuk ? it would be nice if you can allocate time just for vaccine case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to set an appointment. Call two times but nobody picked up. Went direct to the clinic accross the roadblock because of MCO. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter said appointment had been full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good in handling cats...!! This is the only vet in S.I and love their service. Very kind towards cats. I am not sure whether they treat dogs. Only thing they have to improve is appoinment numbers and picking up calls. other than that. i always choose them for my cats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is superb and the price is very affordable compared to other clinic that i went before. Just the waiting was a bit long maybe because it’s weekend . I waited about 3 hours. But overall, it was great
