β β β β β Another terrible experience with Taycon. I called ahead of time if I can get a Z250 serviced. I detailed possible problem such as starter relay issue, motor chain replacement, engine oil and filter replacement. The guy (only one Chinese guy at the branch) mentioned all okay, bring it in, itβs 10-min work. I brought it there, and he asked me to bring to Dato Kramat branch. My schedule did not allow me to go to Dato Kramat and come back so I said, letβs do the oil & filter change first. Then he said thereβs only Yamaha lube is available, ask me if thatβs okay to use? I said I donβt have the knowledge, is it acceptable? Is it compatible between Yamaha and Kawasaki? He did not know as well. This was a yet another bad experience with Taycon. (Check out my review with Taycon Bayan Baru) I hope Taycon management can take this seriously and not take it or leave it kind of attitude.
