Good price and customer service.

Have a very BAD experience with TBC Setia Alam. I'm order a chest freezer 4 days ago, the salesman confirm with me will delivering the goods next day after my purchased (he had check the stock balance). Next day, salesman told me cannot delivery due to no stock, only can delivery after 3 days. As today, the salesman told me again" oh, ada 11 order online, tak cukup stock" have only can delivery next Monday. Which chain electrical shop will keep delaying sending goods? NO, Onking / HLK / or Seng Heng will delivering goods MAX after 3 days if confirm the stocks balance. BAD, very BAD!

I've ask for a normal lcd bracket then they told me rm60,but i can get it much more cheaper online"rm15" , after i refuse to get it with them,they throw the lcd bracket on the floor "Hard and loud" like Bang! Show disrespectful. Bad service with disappointed. Hope your business grow with these kind of attitude.

Just went here looking for new freezer. Price is quite cheap than tesco or any supermarket for electrical stuff. Sorry,didn't take any photo.

Kaki tipu..kaki tipu.. .... Went this morning to buy air-con, first no stock of daikin then got stock and quoted rm800. when I wanted do buy, pricen goes up to rm999 and then rm970. Excuse sorry made mistake ....kaki tipu

Bought quite some electrical appliances from this shop. The products are decent, but three stars because of the salesperson. The salesperson promised to give out good freebies as I bought quite some amount of electrical appliances, but ended up giving only bags and towels from Panasonic. I would appreciate if the salesperson could share upfront on what freebies would be given instead of assuring me that they would be good freebies.

Flood victims please avoid this shop. You all don’t deserve a service like this. I would give a zero star if I was given the option. Since flood victims can claim RM500 voucher, so I went to the shop, as soon as I saw a lady, I asked I would like to claim my 500 worth of voucher and she didn’t even look at my documents and immediately responded that I have to register for the claim. How did she came to that conclusion without even checking if I am eligible? Then I said, I am coming straight after Sen Heng and they said I’m eligible but unfortunately they don’t have stock so I am here and you’re telling me I have to register without even checking my eligibility Then guess what, she checks my documents and says the address in the IC doesn’t match the electric bill whereby I have given a verified police report along with electric bill which matches both the address and owner’s name. So are you saying to claim 500 worth of voucher that is provided by the GOVERNMENT I now have to change my whole IC? The last time I checked that was not a requirement to claim the electric voucher. Honestly, why does the management even keeps people like this? Do you realise she is a potential harm to your business? If Sen Heng was willing to give me the products why can’t you? Do you even realise IC is not something everyone goes and changes as they wish? There were also other staffs around but no one spoke a word, it was clear to me that they was not ready to help. These are examples of how humans shouldn’t be. Honestly lady people suffered massive flood and trying to get back on their feet and I didn’t come to the shop expecting you to pay for anything, I merely wanted to claim what was mine and then she makes me realise in this world we still have inconsiderate and heartless people like her. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people that needs assistance. Try to put yourself in someone else’s shoes before acting indecently. And for your information, even if I wanted to lie or scam you why on earth would I walk in with a police report???? FYI if the owner is even thinking of responding to this complain with just a sorry. Please keep it to yourself. Sorry is what I don’t need. Thanks Salute to Sen Heng because the lady even offered to register for the voucher for my other relatives that came along.
