β β β β β I made a report on my under warranty aircond leaking problem. After one week still nobody calls me for appointment although i had made a few calls to request but still the same. I even sounded to make complaint to HQ if still nobody contacts me for appointment but...they remain the SAME!

β β β β β The salesperson are good and nice but the services given by their delivery person leave much to be desired. They take their job literally. They only deliver the goods to you. They don't go that extra miles to help make sure all things are done properly. Just because there isn't a water point readily available, the told me to get a plumber to do what I need.

Then he straight away throw the price he quoted me n said next time will be different prices...
