β β β β β The whole mall seems like its closing and seems like sooner or later TBM will follow suit. The sales assistants are unprofessional and seem uninterested in selling the items. The man we dealt with stared at his phone the whole time and didn't really respond to our questions.
We will never return. TERRIBLE SERVICE

β β β β β I made a phone call to enquire on some products and their staff was very helpful. Then, I went over and bought few electrical items for my new house. The staff, Choong was very helpful, explained and answered to my all queries. Their delivery guys were also very polite and I received free gifts from them too. The building was quiet and nothing much but if you're planning to get some electrical items with good price and good service, this is the TBM that you should go to.
