When I arrived, the place was full then the staff kindly bring out extra table for us. The staff was friendly and helpful to explain to us. Ordered masala tea with vellam, I like it. Tasted spicy and sweet. Panipuri is good too. Overall good snacking place

Worst service! No enough man power knowing its crowded. We were waiting for 40's minutes and when check our order number wasn't in system but we were holding the receipt. And we clearly said having it here but they gave take aways. The way they treat customers was way too rude too. Came here due to the popularity but they took it for granted i quess. I NEVER RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Limited seats and it gets crowded, just like a tea shop in india. quite an authentic experience down to the types of glasses used to serve tea! Unfortunately, i didn't try the tea ( ikr at a tea shop ?). Instead, i had their bru caramel coffee which was quite yummy. Also i tried their vadai which i was a bit sceptical about cause they use cheese as their dip but it turned out better than i expected! I was a bit disappointed in their onion bhaji, i've had better ones. There are many varieties of snacks and drinks to choose from and the modern spin on classics makes people wanting to come back for more. I for one definitely will.

Good tea and panipuri. Very affordable price. Lately too famous and attracted large crowd. The tiny shop is packed and not comfortable.

I tell you, you have to believe me. This shop is just fantastic! They are serving varierious of Indian tea. Normal tea, masala tea, vanilla tea, bru kopi and ect. There is one dish that I highly recommend would be Panipuri, it is so delicious. The taste is kind of mind-blowing to me, every single bite is super satisfying. A panipuri costs RM6 for 6 pcs. It's just nice if you here for a good tea time. I would love to visit this place again in near future. Try to avoid school holiday or long holiday as here would be quite crowded and hard to find a parking space for car. Here is my rating: Taste of Panipuri: 9/10 Taste of Masala tea: 9/10 Ambience: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Hygiene: 7/10 Parking: 3/10
