β β β β β Very bad attitude, taste is different from what I had previously, I suspect I might had order wrongly or something changed but during enquiry process, their attitude is rude and even had the hot tea spill on my hand, very disappointed with the service. I won't come to tealive anymore.

β β β β β This is the nearest outlet from my place. Quite disappointed with the service - they did not shake well the milk tea like other outlet always do, i think that skill makes tealive taste good. What this outlet do? Take order, grab the cup, put in topping, ice, sugar then just pour directly the milk tea to the cup. DAH MACAM BELI TEH AIS KEDAI MAMAK BRO!! This is 3rd time already and today i ask the worker, why u did not shake the milk tea? He said he's busy if u want u have to wait. But he didnt asked me at the first place. Management to take note, bad reputation for tealive brand

β β β β β I ordered sparkling plum tea large but got it in medium size. Iβm tealive lover, every week will drink it once. I felt disappointed on the sparkling drink without sparkling taste. ?

β β β β β It's been some time since I drank my last Tealive. Added a lot of varieties since last time. Ordered the usual milk tea bubble and signature coffee to try with popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was OK. The drinks were OK too but seems a bit diluted with water. Prices are average. This shop is OK just you might need to wait longer as only 1 person is handling everything.
