β β β β β Tried 4 different drinks. All good. Staff were courteous and informative.
As for the Deerioca drink, unlike other places, they do not line the cup with brown sugar. Instead, the pearls are cooked in brown sugar. That's why u cannot vary the sugar level of this drink. It's by far the best brown sugar pearl milk, especially if you follow their recommended method of drinking it

β β β β β I had the Snow Velvet Brown Sugar Latte and it was absolutely delicious! It's truly something different. Such a friendly atmosphere thanks to the staff behind the scenes! Would definitely recommend to stop by and grab a drink with some friends.

β β β β β Their signature brown sugar pearl milk tea taste is below average. Too milky, taste more like milky pearl tea. (not sweet either) The drinks are not cold enough. Matcha latte taste below average too - milky too.
However, the staff is pleasant and courteous .

β β β β β It is my first time buying Alleyβs Boba Milk Tea. The taste is good but I must admit that I had better Boba from other brands. The staff was just okay la. Coz I said I am first time customer and I want recommendation but the young girl just stared blank at me and didnβt say anything. She must be thinking weirdly that βwhy this uncle donβt know our Alley Boba? which planet he come from?β So I ended up just browsing the menu and agak-agak pick one. I think will go back and buy again one day for another flavour but if the service is still the same, then that 2nd time will be my last time giving business to this brand, sorry la.

β β β β β Nice place to just sit down relax and enjoyed a cup of bubble tea. Ordered 3 cups of drinks where the 2nd will get 15% discount and 3rd cup was given 25% discount. We had Brown Sugar Deerioca Matcha Latte, Tropical Passion Fruit Green Tea and Royal No 9 Milk Tea. Time for cheer up. It's Friday ?
