I think maybe cashier misheard my order or something else but i totally feel dissapointed because i can't even drinks that. When i realise it is the wrong one but unfortunately i can't change because i was so rushing at that time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tealive Brem Mall has WIFI but not for customers? Asked 2 male staffs at the counter for password but they say "tak tau", then I told them I want to use my TnG eWallet to purchase , they repeated "kami pun tak tau". So I left. Thumbs down!
But on another day I visited Tealive River Walk Village, the opposite happened, this malay lady staff more helpful and service orientated, key-in the Wifi password for me n I spent RM42 plus there. Thumbs Up !!

Order in-app, but they not making it until approaching them for my order progress.
Order in the app, but they still ask about my order and sugar level.
SLOW nvm, most important is the TASTE.
Sometimes they follow your sugar level, sometimes they don't.
I selected half sugar but still taste like full sugar.
Order Hazelnut Latte but have no Hazelnut flavour, all is a SWEET taste.
Inconsistent quality, sometimes hot, sometimes slightly hot, sometimes sweetness just fine, sometimes too sweet.
I have bought drink 10+ times there because I live close.
But Tealive, again and again, disappointed me, even though I complained to Tealive thru Whatsapp.
