I am your unhappy customer .. dealing with your Myanmar staff .. he cannot speak in english or even in malay very well and not understand what customer need then being so RUDE. when i'm asking for redeem item he said "xtau2" and raise the voice when i'm asking again..
How come this guy can work infront at customer services without understand english or malay??
Sory after this no more for Tealive Dpulze..really upset.
Bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Bang Bang coffee with brown sugar and warm pearls. I inquired whether the coffee is with milk and the cashier had to check it out. I suppose this drink is not as popular as the milk tea with pearls or the sparkling drinks with pearls. One denominator that is apparent in all these drinks is the warm pearls. I love the smooth, warm pearls as I chew on them. I would always take the drinks here with additional pearls.
Tealive should probably venture into a "drive-in-on-the-go" drinks as an expansion venture in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to tealive in dpulze, was never a problem with the staff,but yesterday evening one of your staff at the counter was being rude when i ordered the drinks, st first i ordered 2 original pearl milk tea, and my friend suddenly cancel hers and want to change to hazelnut milk tea instead, then i told the staff then he was unhappy and standing there without saying a word and started to stare at me unhappily and didnt do anything like confirming the order with me after i told him off why didnt he noted my drinks and is he ok or not. This is my first time encounter this problem with your staff, im sory to said they need a proper training in customer service. Especially the one who handle customer at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try some other flavoured drink with boba bubble... Only one staff is there to prepare the drink... I ordered original milk tea with boba bubble but he said the bubbles were not prepared yet. Then he is saying most of the drinks not ready yet so cannot order... Very bad service... Aren't they should have prepared everything before they open the shop?

Also the tea taste different from other outlet. Make sure your tearista follow the sop/recipe in preparing your signature tea!???
