Very slow service !!!! Or 2 types of slow drinks! The water is ready but the workers don't know .. Tanya isn't ready but the water is ready in 20 minutes !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要点饮料，站着5分钟了，两个马来员工看到了也不理我，男的就去refill tissue,女的就搅珍珠，当时没有其他顾客，也没有正在准备饮料给其他顾客，就是没事做也不要接单。服务态度极差!
I ordered a drink, and I stood there for 5 minutes. The two Malay employees saw it and ignored me. The man went to refill tissue and the woman stirred the pearls. There were no other customers at that time, and they were not preparing drinks for other customers. It was nothing. Do not take orders. Very poor service attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a worker here in tesco, i used to order alot here since the tealive was newly opened but im very insatisfied about their work! Last time i came along around 9 they said the blending machine was cleaned so smooties are not available only milkteas ok, then the other time i go by 8 something also they said they were closed already... Im like still so long time till the mall close at 10?! I asked them and they just answered me they were tired so they closes already

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! It used to be much better... They prepared the order of the customers who came after me. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks.
The staff who prepared my drink wasn't wearing a face mask.
Asked for slight sugar for all my drinks but they tasted overly sweet.
