★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever.. 3 times I came I still can't use TNG ewallet promo to buy a drink.. I was informed system down cause they are located at the ground floor.. So why other shop still can maintain their online services but tealive melawati can't, it's sound funny and seems like they are purposely doin this or not even try to fix the issues. Mytown branch which located at ground floor still can serve a good service. And why not at Melawati mall..

Requested for black diamond at the beginning and they told me the black diamond is already finished then i have to change it to something else since i was in the line for quite some times, x kan x order pulak. When i was standing at the kitchen area, waiting for my order, saw them bringing out the whole tupperware of black diamond and started making it for other customer which is so unfair! When I questioned them, they suspiciously looking at each other and started giving me a nonsense reasons which is the milk tea was finished. You’re selling milk tea drink and your milk tea is finished? Come on! At least tell me reasonable answer than that. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 3 times I came, they teach me to use ewallets or cards just because they dont have change. Dont simply teach customer because you dont know their situation, might be they dont have cards or etc. Very very very bad service. Some more I experience twice for wrong orders. Very dissapointed!
