★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids love chatime.But this outlet at Melawati Mall was the worst experience among all.Went on Sunday,13/3/2022 where there was 3 female workers and I just ordered 1 pearl milk tea but had to wait for more than 20 mins (can imagine waiting there with my 3 kids).Only 1 staff did all the works while the other 2 just gossiping at the corner.
When I asked for the drink after 10mins all of them just looked and no respond at all (even a smile).
So bad attitude..Mcm minta sedekah tunggu air.
Before that I paid and the staff said takde coin as my balance so i was the one yang kena cari coins.
Then came another 3 customers and surprisingly they got their drinks before us..Until my husband tanya di counter ‘kenapa lama sangat tunggu 1 air ni?’ And all 3 staffs tu boleh buat tak tahu (buat2 bz kat situ!) (kalau dpt customer panas baran i cant imagine what happen there)
Then after 20-30mins one of the staff just put the drink at the cashier area tu and go! Such a bad attitude and worst experience ever.

I love Chatime, but the worker at the moment was terrible!! (as of 12:00pm, Nov 12/2020). Not friendly at all, teruk service dia. The first thing she said to me was "Takde duit kecik." (No small change). She was the only staff on the job as well so there was no one else I could order from that could have made my experience better.
