★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Tealive in Nilai, go to another outlet and save yourself trouble.
Always slow at making drinks.
They claim to offer a buy one get one free promotion after 9:30 and say it includes multiple drinks but actually only milk tea and they have always run out of boba by that time so pointless.
Also they don't accept any vouchers despite the voucher staying it's redeemable at all outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the contrary I liked it. As atleast we have it in mesa mall.... And also it's not bad... The only thing is the staff is now and learning..... So 4 starts by me..... 1 star less for the improvement in quality and communication part....
