★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu dtg tu, ada sorg je customer, saya diri depan kaunter expect utk crew ambil order. Tp crew x layan padahal dia pandang saya dan ada kt depan kaunter kejap. Tp crew tu cuma ambil cup dan pergi blkg buat order. Kalau crew cakap "Kejap", saya boleh consider lg. Tp crew2 mmg senyap gi blkg buat order. Kedepan hanya utk ambil cup. Lama juga saya tggu. Then ada 2-3 customer baru. Sama jugak. X layan. So saya decide utk blk je tanpa order apa2. Maaf. Layanan crew agak rude bg saya. Kena improve lg bahagian customer service.

When I arrived, there was a customer service, I was in front of the waiting counter for the crew to take the order. Tp crew x layan even though he looked at me and there was a kt in front of the counter blinking. But the crew just took the cup and went back to order. If the crew says "Quick", I can consider lg. Tp crew2 mmg silent gi blkg for order. Ahead just to grab a cup. I've been waiting for a long time. Then there are 2-3 new customers. It's the same. X serve. So I decided to go without any order. Sorry. Crew service is a bit rude to me. Need to improve the customer service part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here because of the main attraction - Mangold. But it was not available. To think that it was not even towards end of business day. Staff need to be friendlier (like alot). Could not even take orders correctly. Spoiled the experience for my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to find some refreshments. The shop is clean. Tried the new KitKat drink with berries which is sadly bad. The drinks are mostly available during the time but there could be less choices available since the staff said there is a lack of stock delivered.
Service is ok, the guy taking orders didn't even smile at all, in contrast to his co-workers which are all very nice. Order came quickly since there were no people during that time.
