★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who is Tealive Setia City Mall Manager???? Why is Tealive in Setia City Branch different than other Tealive branches! I always went to Tealive. Usually they all have tip top service and time efficiency. Setia city mall branch is awful and superb slowwww service..
The hygiene is totally OUT OF ORDER.
The staffs looks like they unmotivated.
The flavor of the drinks also different. I took only few sip and end up throw the rest to garbage. I went to nearby Tealive in Setia Taipan Branch to buy another drink. They provided an Excellent Service as expected from usual Tealive store.
I should pay attention before spend my cent after this at Tealive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worker cheat customer say no regular size for drinks that I always order. the drinks is very plain not like other branch. Boba very little. ice put alot. end up the Large cup quantity equal to Regular.
Don't ever come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give a 0 star, I would give a 0 star. The workers there are very rude especially the foreign workers. They refuse to let us pay with touch n go e wallet. The foreign workers cannot speak proper English, and don't treat their customers nice and unable to understand customer orders. He shouldnt be the worker. The tealive is next to pezzo.
