★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there yesterday in the afternoon to get sandwiches for my brother since it was his birthday. it was his first time ordering the sandwich, so it may take a while for him to fully understand how the order works. but there’s a male staff with brown hair who was very rude and condescending. he was very impatient since my brother bit slow to understand the order, and raises his voice many times to my brother. i was there and witness everything, but didn’t say anything since i don’t want to cause a hassle as there were many people there. thankfully, there’s a female staff that very generous and patient to him. after all, it was not a pleasant experience, won’t come here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why their staffs always forget to write down the meals' name or put notes to differentiate each meals i hv ordered. I am talking about more than 1 order/meal here.... why?? How i am going to distribute the meals then? Open it up one by one and see what's inside? Hygiene issues guys...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to take away set A.. While at the counter i realise that the staff that wrap my subway didn't remark the subway flavour after he wrap.. Then i told the cashier and he feedback to the staff to write the flavour.. As i took 3 different flavour, mcm mana nak tahu flavour apa untuk each subway yang sy beli kalau x letak remark kan? Lepas sy feedback baru dia letak remark.. Tapi sampai rumah, salah tulis juga!
Maybe this is a very small matter to u guys, but for me, just think logically, if customer buy 4 different subway, do they need to upwrap one by one to find their flavour??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my grab delivery experience, it was terrible. My sandwiches did not arrive accordingly to what I ordered. Ridiculous. It is truly upsetting when I asked for honey oat but received italian bread; bbq sauce but received spicy mayo sauce; extra charges mushroom but received olives?? Terrible experience, will not be ordering ever again.
