★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the working staff have to change their attitude & learn to respect the riders... I had my order on 3.57pm around that time. And its already 4.44pm didn't recive my order yet but i understand seem the current situation there is alot orders they are in rush so I saw there is a order in the table and the number was similar which i noticed the item was same but the number is diffrent so i asked your staff but he raised voice at me for what?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don't follow SOP, don't wear mask properly and keep taking it away when I taking order. The guy who made the drink don't wear mask at all. And when he seal the cup not correctly and leak, he just re-seal it when his hand already touched the drink. First time and last time visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 cheese foam espresso, i was served 2 milo ais. When i first saw my drink, i asked the worker "are those my drink?" And thought 'well, looks doesn't matter until you tasted it'
And...surprise! Tasted exactly like chocolate (or milo) ice after i brought it back office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't buy when there is a lot people queuing and there is only ONE staff taking orders and making the drink... he didn't even bother to ask if u want regular or large. I ordered Fresh milk brown sugar boba only.. but in the end he gave me the one is Fresh milk brown sugar boba milk TEA.... is ok... just a piece of advice better not to order when there is a lot people and the shop only have one staff... management need to hire at least two staffs....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i rather buy from tealive at cyberjaya petronas either one in persiaran apec or near cybersquare. here, the service is very bad and the guy staff seem like they dont do their job well. no matter how many times i come here, always late and sometimes i heard other customer got their order wrongly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the Tealive stores in Cyber, this one is by far the worst. I ordered a cup of roasted milk tea via the app and opted for 'drive-in pickup'. They have a designated parking spot for drive-in pickup right IN FRONT of their store. I parked my car there and waited for my tea. After waiting for 10 minutes (none of the staff bothered to look at the parking spot, which again, is right in front of their store), I decided to Google for their phone number so that I could inform them that I was there. The app doesn't have a "I'm Here" feature/button that I could click on (like Domino's). Unfortunately, there was no phone number. I continued waiting and still, nothing. After a while, I decided to honk. I really didn't want to but I had no choice. Tu pun masih tak ada staff yang nampak. Tak tau lah mereka pura-pura tak nampak ke apa. I honked again after 5 minutes, still nothing.
I was kinda annoyed at this point and decided to get out of my car, defeating the purpose of drive-in pickup. There were 4 staff there if I'm not mistaken. I asked them what's going on. They know that they have a drive-in order and yet no one bothered to check or look at the designated parking spot. A male staff apologised and said they were having training. What kind of excuse is that? I saw them gathering into a circle for the 'training' only a few minutes before I stormed into the store. I even asked why no one bothered to look at the drive-in parking spot even though I honked twice. I took my drink and walked off. Tutup je lah drive-in lane tu. No point having it there.
And to make matters worse, the drink I ordered tasted like tap water. My usual order is Roasted Milk Tea, half sugar. It's always mildly sweet but this one literally had no taste at all. Couldn't even taste the tea. My advice, just go to any other Tealive store in Cyber. Avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reach at 9pm being told that closing soon, only signature milk tea available and cash only. Ordered signature milk tea end up like drinking condensed milk. Sweet like hell and also the mushy pearl. Even a kid also saying that pearl too soft and feel geli. BAD Quality BAD Experience??
