Buying at night doesn't mean you can reduce every ingredients inside the drinks. What happened to SOP?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Drive thru long queue and finally our turn to take order. We have wait for 15mins at the order machine and shout for people no one is answer. After we move infront to the pay n collect counter, they asked to queue back and order, they have many car queuing and waiting to order. Since the next car behind us have ady take order from them! What the fxck is that? We are also queueing but get nothing, wasting our time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously don't who teach the workers to mix the Tealive drinks. Trust me, the drink taste will watery, diluted with ice cubes. I think I walked in few times and showed them, I wrote to them. I called the HQ and lodge a complaint, end of the day, the mixing texture being repeated. Most of all, they will have coco smoothie Oreo, but because of their laziness to restock ice cubes, they will take their own authorities and tell Oreo coco smoothie OUT OF STOCK. So guys, for every drink order you'll place, please tell them to mix accordingly. If not you'll will end up paying money and throwing the drink into the Dustbin.
The management neither the team never thought to improvise to serve customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what happen. This place is usually good. I used to come to this place cos its near my house and very convenient. But now its not. It’s says that it open at 10am but when I arrive at around 12pm the place looks like its just open. The staff not friendly at all, the place is messy, there’s no light around. There’s two working staff still preparing items and there’s tons of boxes lying beside the premises. To tealive management. Please take note.
