★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other outlets it's slow here even though they have 4 people working here. There is also a problem with their payment system which take quite some time to process. No apology is given at all in the end. Bad service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are great but the service is not good. I understand that it is noisy during peak hour but the person who in charge of the ordering should be more alert when ordering. You should really pay more attention to the customer order. Like recently I asked for large nishio matcha latte but I was given nishio matcha with black pearl.. I don't even like pearl. So please pay more attention to what customer ordered next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is 2 Tealive's in this mall. This is the one located on the LG floor and suitable to sit down and enjoy your drink. The other one does not have much tables as this outlet. Really nice drinks and every order is quickly done. The staffs are a lot and friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is all about tea, it is all about tea based drinks. Plenty of tea options, with great taste too.
The best thing about this place is that, they have plenty of seats. So, you can really enjoy your tea while sitting and watching people pass by.
Very clean and neat cafe. Staff is polite too.
Royal 9 Milk tea (hot or cold) is my favorite.
