★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuck in the lift twice in less than 24 hours. 20 mins minimum waited in the lift till the lift auto *refreshed* itself. There was not any information present inside the about the last date of the maintenance of that particular lift. The building was a bit crowded with foreigners and locals which explains the overworked lift service .Facilities was big let down as we expected top notch service due to its location in mid of KL. Our unit in 33rd floor had a partially obstructing view of KL city but the bathroom did not had proper ventilation. The only highlight was the presence of projector to watch movies / sports which could be projected to a seemingly wide wall for a studio unit. Management has a lot to take effort to revamp this place. Also a receiptless *Valet Parking* in the 1st and 2nd floor of the building which costs RM 20 for overnight visitors. Walking distance to Sunway Putra mall but connected with a creepy dark outdoor staircase which looks like from the movie Jurassic Park III where the crew will enter an aviary cage filled with Pteranodons. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the lower lobby there is a gym, library, mini market, kidsplay zone and many more. This hotel has a very strict system from a regular hotel, first I want to find a hotel, it's difficult because it doesn't have any sigboard and the hotel was right on the left, after going upstairs take the card, go to the parking lot below, enter the parking lot using the card, in the elevator using the card and enter the room using the card too. The parking was so problem, you need to parking at the number they had been gave you, you cannot choose the parking.
The rooms are all beautiful and clean. Next, the water in the room and the swimming pool water are very clean, I don't smell chlorine water here. This hotel was so good but not mesra muslim because this hotel is a western style, it doesn't have qiblat in the room so you need to use your compass phone and you need to use swimsuit in the swimming pool.
Then, all of the security is not Malaysian people maybe Nepal or Pakistan, so it's difficult to communicated with them. After you checkout, you need to put the card in the box under the security table right in front of the parking place, it's so difficult to find it because he just chat with my sister and gave the unclear pictures. You need to be independent if you really want to check in this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me & my husband went there for the first time just to enjoy the infinity pool and the view .. The room is just average and yes check in took time as we have to wait for about 30mins since it was weekend and crowded .. I booked the room via booking.com app and during check in time need to pay cash rm100 for deposit . Kindly ask for the approval letter to use the infinity pool during check in time . Im really disappoint that we couldn't enjoy the pool at evening since the receptionist forget to give us the approval letter and no one to sign the approval letter after 5pm. The free breakfast no choice , was given nasi lemak with tea ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stain carpet floor. Torn Wallpaper. Call the lobby no one pickup. The sink problem. The tap problem. The room carpet stain. The worst part is, i booked this hotel for my parents to stay. Im expecting good service, friendly service. My parents called room service to get the sugar but no one pickup. Regalia only famous for their pool view but bad in terms of room condition, hall condition. Im so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed to stay 3 nights at this hotel. I booked because the rating was pretty hight and picture of the hotel in the internet look nice. The room was so smelly like toilet. Everytime i enter the room from outside the smell was very bad. I tried to call receptionist from my room a couple of times but no one picked up the phone. The first time ever i called hotel reception and no one answered Beside the smell the room is extremely noisy from the street also from upstairs. The towels that was given to me also look very2 old towel. This is gonna be my first and last staying at this hote

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service bad, slow, smell and place doesn’t cost this money with this kind of crowd. I had a very bad, stressful, worry stay for my first time and would never ever stay again. There’s better choice which is safer than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here and found out that the name of this hotel is Upperview Hotel Regalia. I read so many bad reviews but for me, this hotel is not that bad and deserves 2-3 stars.
Check in: need to queue but only took about 5-10 mins.
Food: this hotel shares building with the residents. So no hotel restaurant, just a few restaurants, and a cafe in the lobby. For breakfast, a coupon will be given to redeem at Teh Tarik Restaurant and you will get a set of Nasi Lemak, nugget, bread with jam, and teh tarik.
Room: not bad for a 2 ⭐️ hotel. Iron and board are provided, also a mini-fridge, toiletries. Everything is fine, the aircond has an auto-off timer, so you have to switch it on especially at night. The only bad thing is the carpet got stains.
Tv: CINEMAX, supersport, and 1 cartoon channel.
Lift: I stayed on the 36th floor (total of 37). So i don't have to wait for so long especially if want to go down. Also to go up, also okay. Did not take too much time.
Swimming pool: the SOP needs to book our session for one hour in the lobby. The KL skyline view is spectacular, can see klcc, kl tower, and pnb tower. Not sure if this is new/ only during weekdays, but kids below 12 are not allowed to go to the pool even with guardians. Kinda sad seeing kids have to leave.
Overall, this hotel deserves 2.5 stars. But not a bad hotel for a cheap price in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, close to public transport pwtc Station, Sunway Putra Shopping Mall just a few minutes away. Excellent food options, street Market and food courts 10-15 minutes walk. Gym is nice and swimming pool is cool. Recommended.
