★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent a condo here. The management does not respond. The building is not maintained well. Lifts are often out of order. Also there are lots of hidden costs.

Security named Bal BT at Tower 1 lobby was so busy talking on his phone ( during working hours) until I don't have a chance to ask him, whether I'm allowed to deliver to customer's door step or should I call the customer to collect his delivery at lobby. Good job to the security department at The Square @ One City, your team has been very helpless. Hope to see some improvement on next visit.
