★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time experience buying a prebuilt pc:I ordered my pc on the 13th may 21 (hari raya) and The customer service team promptly replied and gave me assuring answer about the specs. Received the package on a sunday- 2 days after ordering and the pc came in great packaging! Great pricing with surprise upgrades given by the boss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Recommended different laptop specs, advice and price range according to needs. Not cash and carry which is understandable under such circumstances, having stocks would be too straining for businesses. But can collect / get it delivered for a fee within a few days (I suspect depending on specs - ours is 2 days) which is fine by me. Probably to make it even better is to have wider variety of payment options cos some may need credit card for installment plan options / e-payment solutions that they are attached to.

Furthermore the staff there is very polite and friendly, he perform thorough check for my pc before pickup. He also helps carry my pc to car as my hand is full. Happy cust here, fully recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, just purchased a custom gaming PC with the specs of i5-12400k, 16gb ram, rtx 3060, and all the good stuff at an amazing deal, trust me it is an unbeatable deal as I have done extensive research on the web and cant get a price this good. Furthermore, not only the price was unbeatable, the customer service was very helpful and amazing as well. For example, I thought that normally CPUs dont really come with Wifi and Bluetooth installed, but this shop did. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get a new PC to come to this shop. Great job!
