โ โ โ โ โ A very bad experience with the sales person Fatimah. Request for an item, she has confirmed with me then issued me with quotation and invoice. After payment been made, she called me and said the tools that I wanted are different from what is posted online. And she even proposed another option which is almost double the price of what I want. Then I request for refund and express that I felt being cheated, why is item not check before hand. Her reply was rather rude saying that I am brainless. I got pretty upset and request for immediate refund and she even say I shop at pasar malam. I do sincerely hope the management will take action on such poor customer service. I had received my refund but it is definitely a very bad experience.
