★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my air cond compressor replaced early this year (recond unit) but it failed 9 months later. Even though the warranty period of 3 months had passed, the boss still change another unit for me as a good gesture and refused to charge even labor. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly found a reliable workshop in Penang.
While I was struggling to get a good and reliable workshop, I found this workshop via Google map.
I was doubt at first.
But this workshop are genuinely impressed me.
The boss was knowledgeable and friendly, I would say so far I couldn't meet one in Penang before.
I was just described my issue with my air-con failure and systhom before the breakdown.
The boss straight away go to the point of failure and discovered the issue causing the failure within 5 minutes.
(As per him, this is the first case he met)
He even made and effort to repair the parts instead of replace to reduce the repair cost, but unfortunately the parts was fried and damaged badly.
Some workshop might conduct trial and error by just replacing those parts that might not relevant to the issue, at the end of the day issue might not be solved and causing the repair bills shoot up.
He also noticed my cabin filter cover was broken and replace for me since his workshop had and spare parts.
I will definitely introduce to my friends and family members to support this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, detail, passionate and selfless to share and also teach you the knowledge mechanic. Spacious, brand new clean shop. Provides plenty of good quality photos and explanation catalogue in the shop while waiting. Besides, serves with can beverage while waiting. Other than that, I got a free ride back to home for I am not able to wait long time at the shop. Thanks to the mechanic ride back my car to my home at last.

A very knowledgeable and skilled boss who takes time to educate customers on the care of their aircond and vehicles. Experienced, skilled and patience are traits you will see as he goes about checking and repairing your vehicles aircond.
The boss also offers you use of his car if you have urgent business you need to do while waiting for major repairs which can take time, even to the extent of driving to your home to deliver your vehicle and take back his!
Not your typical aircond service outlet. Prices are market average and reasonable too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is professional and experienced in diagnosing/repairing car aircond. They are capable to troubleshoot with a computer device and fix my Prius C's aircond. Not like others shop, trying and error on your car first without resolving the aircond issue. Besides that, the services provided by the shop is totally above my expectation. (The boss offer to send my car back for my inconvenience ). Bravo, a great customer experience to me and you deserve 5 stars!

My car had an Aircond issues since November and it never resolved till I bring my car here.
I have spent RM1200+ with earlier workshops where they really can't find the root cause of the problem and what they did was just conduct trial and error by replacing parts each time I bring to them. But everything solved n repaired just in 1day by Tee Car. Simply wow?
He promised he will solve the problem and he kept his promise. Really worth of the money u spent.
My car Aircond was never cold as now. Sometimes I will just off the Aircond as I can't stand the cold?
The boss is so friendly,skilled, knowledgeable, and professional enough in repairing car aircond.
His work is super duper fast.
I never meet one talented person as him before in Penang.
His service also above my expectations. He offered to take car from my home for my earlier appointment and this time he came to my house to repair my car where everyone else is busy with CNY preparations. He gives priority to his customers.
If u have Aircond issues this is the only shop u should look for????
