★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude, negative attitude and impatient front desk staff.
I have rated this lab 1 star due to the bad attitude of the reception staff. I rang reception and spoke to the staff and asked for operation hours (it wasn’t stated in the website, that’s why I called). The signal was poor during our conversation, I barely heard it clearly and she was in angry tone and repeated all the word words as quickly as humanly possible but she was curt. Well I was shocked and appalled at the attitude of the lady.
