★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a warning signage put up by MPPP, please take a time to look at it.
Watch out for the stones underneath the seabed, possibility of jellyfish sighthings and strong currents.
Overall the beach is beautiful, white sandy beach and water not that murky and plenty of shaded area to pitch up a tent or just laid out the picnic mat.
Nice spot to catch sunset too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent beach at the penang island. The undeveloped version of Batu Feringghi secluded beside fishing villages. Hygiene is so so, many litters along the alleys. Clear seawater. Not very accessible. Narrow untarred road leading towards the beach. Paid toilet at local folks residents. Bring own food for Picknick but do not leave behind any rubbish.
