★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dtg ke mb utk bertanya tentang tempahan berbuka puasa (the numbers they put online cannot be contacted / out of service), tetapi the customer services were very bad ? they yelled from inside the kitchen telling me i can't eat there. I just want to book for berbuka. Please have some manners. No meed to be rude and yelling around to pokite customers. Plus, you should add your contavt number.

At the time, US-based fast-food chains had already been dominating the Malaysian fast food markets, having been in the country 10 years earlier.[3] This led the couple to invent their own ideas based on Malaysian food-taste, as well to revive Malaysia's first fast food chain especially with the Muslim majority country that are always seeking for halal-Western foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, the drive thru staff is friendlier than walk in counter staff. In my recent visit, I asking politely whether my fav food was still in the menu or seasonal. The manager (I assume based on their different outfit) rudely said out loud that it wasn't available for a looooong time. Please imagine it be said in Malay, "DAH LAMAAAAA TAKDE DAH". What kind of front desk customer service is this? Rude and lack of manners.
