★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TNB has a long way to go. The back office staffs simply dont care. Not customer oriented all all!
It took me numerous follow ups to kedai TNB, and countless emails to them in order to change the tariff for my residence. The whole process took 12 months !!! to complete the simple tariff change. Plus they don’t even rebate the excess i have paid them within that 12 months.
It is a clasical example of how malaysia’s service provider. They will keep you in the dark and let you suffer in agony if you keep you silence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the counter not helpful. Was my 1st time there, to pay my deposit (coz the email said pay at the counter). The staff did not even greet the customer, just simply ask me to go pay at the kiosk - which kiosk should I use?There is no point stationing your staff there, if everything needs to be done by the customer, without any assistance. Please do not treat customer like they already know what to do.
