★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional nurse. clinic does not have any customer queuing system at all. came in, registered with nurse Eyqa and she asked us to wait for the dentist. then, a new customer walked in. after waited for another 20mins, the nurse called the new customer in to see the dentist. we were shocked and we asked the nurse “how come this new customer jumped queue, since we came and registered first?”, she just answered “another dentist is almost finished, you can please continue wait a while”. very disappointed and dissatisfied..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first appointment with Dr. Teoh is 11.30 but i need wait 30minutes from my appointment time. However, Dr.Teoh is a good quality doctor.
My second appointment with Dr. Soo is at 3.30pm. But this time i wait 40minutes and the receptionist ask me to wait for another 20minutes which i feel very ridicoulus.
I hope both Dr can be improve service quality in term of timing and punctuality. Dont schedule the appointment if you cant make it on time.
