β β β β β Nurses and dentist do not give priority to patients who made appointments. Poor time judgement from the nurse on duty at reception resulted in many patients waiting for a long period of time thus further delaying the patients who had made appointments. Nurse and dentist also done not bother to call the patient back to make another new appointment after appointment cancelled due to long wait. Extremely poor service!

The service from Dr. Thu Siew Ching was okay but the tooth filler fell off directly one month (today, 25 Sept 2019) after patching it last month (August 2019). I have paid for RM200 for this filling up procedure but it does not last for months. It is very disappointing and disturbing!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! IT IS BETTER TO PUT A BUBBLE GUM INSTEAD!!!

β β β β β A very good dental clinic. The doctors are very friendly. The fees are quite cheap for the good and quality service given. The staffs are courteous and friendly. Located in the i-Avenue building, parking might be a problem during peak hours.

β β β β β Totally recommended to get your your wisdom tooth removed here! Got mine done by Dr. Thu Siew Ching and the extraction process didnβt hurt at all as she was very gentle and professional. Experience doctor indeed! the staffs here are friendly and nice too?
