β β β β β This shop may carry some old style kitchen goods but way too overpriced. Its targeting at tourists buying the stuffs as decorative items. Some goods here are 2x more expensive than what Jonker Street in Malacca is selling. Very dissapointing.

β β β β β Bought 2 cast iron woks from this shop which the shop owner was boasting about its quality. The wok cannot be properly treated, there is black metal powder coming off despite treating it with oil several times. Extremely disappointing. No option to give zero star, if not I will definitely do that.

β β β β β Actually should rate NO STAR to this. The owner and staffs dont bother us as local customer at all. Seems they only want to do business with tourist only. Maybe earn a lots from tourist.
I should give a complement to the in house car park owner opposite this shop. I was parking my car there 10 minutes as i walked across to THC and wanted to buy nyonya plates where THC refused to do business with local and I walked back to collect my car. The car park owner returned me a smiling face with no charge to me as i was ready to pay.

β β β β β After inquiring politely about a plate behind a counter, the storekeeper loudly shouted that it was very expensive (hundreds! , he exclaimed) and that I should only inquire if I was actually going to buy it. Insulting! Needless to say, I walked right out.
The store seems to only prey on tourists and will try and chase away anyone they don't think they can fool with their prices. Stay far away!
