Let me share what i have experienced!!!!
Me and my friend visited the shop. My friend went to upstairs while i'm seeing the reverse flow incense. There is 3 type of incense there. One of it no price show on the bottle, i took to counter, the uncle do the price check for me. It is RM18.30. Then i decided to choose another type as the price is same. I choose the bottle that look more clean and clear. I took to counter for payment.
This is the show time!!!! The uncle open up the incense bottle and suddenly ask another staff (auntie), why there is no seal on the bottle!!!?
He add on by asking additional question!!!!
He pointed his finger to 2 bottle of similar incense and ask the auntie "WHY THE QUANTITY OF THE INCENSE IS DIFFERENT?!!!"
He instructed the auntie take few more bottle for checking. He open up the bottle, none of it is seal and he still feel unsatisfied!!!! The old stubborn uncle ask the auntie took out the incense and count the quantity of it for each bottle (total 4 bottle).
I told the uncle, the bottle written is 80g, is weight by gram not by quantity. He instructed the auntie to weight bottle by bottle see is the weight for each bottle is 80g or not!!!!
I believe he suspected i took the incense from bottle A to bottle B. Come on, the bottle is small and it look like ngam ngam only. I dun think it fit by adding 1 additional piece of incense!!!! I start to feel frustrated and confront the uncle. "do u suspect me took the incese from Bottle A to B?"
Of coz he deny, he say he do not say i do so. But his action already say i m doing so. I told the uncle with some anger tone "I did not want to buy anymore, i feel very insulted with your action!!!!" come on, the bottle is design like ngam ngam fit the quantity, not even fit for one extra incense!!!
My friend originally want to buy things too. End up we buy nothing and i will never ever step in ur shop again!!!! Thanks for the best experience given!!!!!
