★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rumah tak dikemas sebelum pelanggan masuk. kedua dua bilik terdapat lipas dan harga yang sangat tak berbaloi. orang yang menguruskan urusan sewa sangat tidak professional dan mengenakan cas yang mahal akibat kecuaian mereka sendiri. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
home is not packed before the customer enters. the two rooms have a cockpit and a very inexpensive price. people who handle rental business are very unprofessional and charge a high cost for their own negligence. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lambat respon bila di tanya,dah tu tempah bilik elok² nak bilik yg sepatutnya,tiba² plak kata ada orang booking tarikh tu,ehh..bukan sehari dua buka chalet,dah bertahun² buka,sepatut nya pegurusan lebih peka benda² ni,nampak remeh,tapi bagi customer besar..elok² ada mood nak bercuti kat situ..lansung takde mood..cancel terus booking...buat sakit hati je pengurusan camni...baik cari chalet lain puas hati dan lebih bagus pengurusan nya..???
Slow response when asked, I booked a nice room ² want the right room, arrived, plaque said someone booked that date, ehh..not a day or two open a chalet, already bert open, the management should be more sensitive to this thing ², it looks trivial, but for big customers..good ² there is a mood to go on holiday there..there is no mood at all..cancel continues to book ... it hurts the management of camni ... well look for another chalet satisfied and better management..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management, i ask for details personally to one of the management team they called as 'adik' to get information before booking but have to ask another management team they called 'fatin' and she said the same as 'adik' plus she give permission for us to check out late as we reach there late from our schedule. So then i confirm my books. But then when the day we stay there, another management team they called as 'nenek' came down with angry face and said that we have over time limit of rental and ask for extra money. We deal with other person and she said A and when its come to this nenek she said B. Im frustrated and had dissappointed my team. Also their homestay is quite not clean, too many coackroch here and there, its toilet door is untight and unsafety other than their water pipe outside of the house cant be use and the toilet outside is locked. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
