★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compares to Larkin. Seremban bus terminal is way smaller and they really need to upgrade. Waiting area for the bus is crowded yet there is not much space for everyone. Bus ticket are selling at each end of the terminal. Prices are reasonable. A few small store can be found for a quick lunch or breakfast before departure. Due to the crowd it gets a lil stuffy. Esp if you bringing small kids with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at counter 13 (shift on 2/1/19 at 9:30pm) are very rude. Im going to klang, and i bought ticket for klang, but when im redeemed my ticket at counter (i bought by online), the staff rudely said, bus only stop at Shah Alam, Not Klang. When im questionned her, she rudely and arrogantly said if i dont want to take that bus, go buy another ticket from another bus.. And she said, she forget to close the online ticket market before i bought the ticket. And firmly said, bus will not stop at klang, and bas delayed an hour.
When i call centre on website page (website that i bought the ticket), and complaint regarding to this, the staff clearly explain to me, that bus delayed regarding to Its broken. And now they calling for foreman, they also find for bus back up that only can stop at shah alam.
Shame on u staff at counter 13!!!!!
Why dont u explain to me nicely and clearly as per website staff.
Why must be so arrogant and rude ??!!!!
And why dont you just tell the truth!!!
If u explain clearly, customer will understand ur problems.
Shame on u!! Bad service so far!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ both ticket person and the driver freaking rude, not my first time ride from seremban to bahau yet every single time the mood turn sour. yelling for god knows what reasons sad that i don't want to give a star at all. why calling this bus station if i need to wait at taxi stop and getting yelled at like a toddler. very bad customer service ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed with the toilet... I cannot believes that we need to pay for that kind of toilet... Memalukan, kalau bersih, tak mengapa... What a shame... Please renovated the toilet as soon as possible... That kind of toilet does not deserves 1 star... ???
