A lot of excuse for you to wait. etc：ticket system down，bus wrong schedule and so on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building a bit dated but service is acceptable. The intercity shuttle stop here can be connected to local bus service and taxi service. There is also large car park available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is along Jln Sultanah n area of Mergong ..nearby Petronas ...its big place n for all routes to Butterworth..Penang..KL..JB ...Kota Bharu n etc...not so clean area..toilet is dirty...eating places also in bad shape..pls do something about it....need a revamp?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed!! We went in and literally specific asked for bas which have USB charger, and what we got? No USB charger!! And moreover we paid way more expensive then the double decker bus!! We paid RM 55 for a normal bus n no USB.. and RM 43 for double decker bus with USB.. plz tell them to be fair and it feels like u guys cheated on us!! Plz do something about it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical bus station that you can go many places from here and all the arrival bus will come to this terminal.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by many taxi drivers asking you where you want to go.
It needs to be upgraded since many facilities not in good condition.
Beside the bus terminal is Alor Setar Bus Station, where you can take city bus to Alor Star town and some township in Kedah (Kota Sarang Semut, Sungai Petani etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place, compared to the city which is such a big city the bus stop is very bad. You cannot even use free restrooms. Buses schedule is not good. Building is not clean. Staff is not good. No good food places no good hotels around. I don't recommend coming to this station unless it's the only option you have
