★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No chinese or Indian food stall. I was damn hungry and ended up with malay store and the food takes 1 hour to be serve to me. I was here at 26.07.2015. Seriously would love to see an indian foodstall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location ,near to KTM station right at the town centre. However parking lots are limited with wet market nearby, traffic always congested at peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an integrated Bus terminals, Government agencies, and Shopping arcade. The building housed several government agencies including JPN, Immigration, JPJ, MPSP, and Klinik 1 Malaysia, and operates until 10.00 pm. Do visit also some nice shops on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more improvement on passenger waiting area. No place or chairs to sit for Rapid Penang buses or even for inter city buses. EB60 bus is available every one hour to reach Butterworth. This terminal has many bus booking stalls for all major cities like, KL, Johor, etc and even to Singapore. Not much shops for food and snacks. Sungai Petani KTM is very near in the distance of 200 to 300 mts.

1. No proper maintenance of the building
2. Rubbish on the floor
3. Aircond not working
4. No fan or ventilation facilities inside
5. The whole place is smelly since there are cats around and disturbing passengers in waiting area
6. Not enough lights at the passenger waiting area
7. This particular portion of ticket selling and waiting area "borrow" aircond via a connecting door during DAY TIME ONLY !!!
8. You can spot the ticket sellers smoking inside the building
9. Rubbish bin is full and nobody bother to clear
10. Broken doors
You can see people are prefer to stand outside of this nasty place and wait for their buses.
