β β β β β I went here a couple times already for medical check ups and grooming service. Needless to say I am happy with the service they offered. It was definitely quick especially the grooming service. I sent my cat to be groomed around 2PM and got a call from them at 3PM, informing me to pick my cat up. For the medical check up, they keep everything brief with their medical explanation which I really appreciate.

β β β β β I should have read and trust the comment here before going to this place. Please take note, if your intention to bring your loving cat here for vaccine, deworm or normal check-up, please do so. The doctor is experience in that area.
BUT BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE EMERGENCY CASE, please do not come here. If you have emergency case, please find another clinic. This clinic is lacking a lot of equipment. Chances are, the doctor just going to diagnose something without knowing the main issue. This is a recipe to disaster.
My cat was treated by the doctor and been jabbed with fever and antibiotic. His situation was getting from bad to worse in less than an hour after visiting this clinic. I called up the clinic, just to know the medicine's name that have been given to my cat. Thou the doctor did provide me the information, but it is not in the good manner. I have been scolded for wasting his time..(his word not mine). I literally begging him to give me the info.
Because of the condition of my cat, I went to another clinic to get a second opinion only to know that my cat multiple organ damages. Kidney, liver and lung. Lesson learn, i will not come again to this clinic. Ever. Thanks but no thanks.

β β β β β The doctor on the phone is very rude. Just shouts at you when you don't understand him. And when you confront him back he'll just put down the phone. Not professional at all this doctor, don't go to them for emergency.
And FYI, they only take appointments (wah damn fancy ah ya'll), yes i heard you loud and clear doc, APPOINTMENTS ONLY !!!!!!
Seriously this doctor is the type that just does what he wants and if his method is wrong or incorrect (which most likely will happen), he doesn't want to hear it. Suka marah je doktor ini.
